We launched our first, PRS staffed and facilitated West London Pop Up in August this year. The Pop Up housed the latest tech Samsung had to offer and proved a huge hit with local shoppers.
We served numerous customers who were able to try out the new devices we had on offer with the support of our customer experience experts. The success of the Pop up has helped us further justify a permanent store in Westfield White City, with the hopes to open in 2023.

With the Pop Up having to be pulled together within a short period our recruitment and learning and development teams worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure we had recruited and trained top talent to guarantee our standards of service were exceptional for our customers.
Along with the management support from our current London Teams to make sure this Pop up was a success.
